Start / End Point: Hathersage Train Station, Back Ln, Hathersage, Hope Valley, S32 1DT
Distance: 5.5 Miles
Difficulty: Moderate
WalkDescription: There is a bit of ascent to start with, as we head towards Eyam Moor trig point, where we can see for miles and admire views of the Peak District. We then descend through woodlands of bole hill and back into Hathersage, where we can stop for a drink at The Plough (hopefully outside).
Public Transport: There is a train that leaves Sheffield Interchange 6.19pm that will arrive in Hathersage for 6.34pm. Please check train times yourself as they may change.
Drivers: For people driving you can park in Hathersage Train Station or nearby.
Be prepared: Please remember to dress appropriately for the time of year. A waterproof is always advised, as well as plenty of food and water. Please bring sun protection if required (sun hat, sunglasses, sun cream, etc).
