Nowruz ( the Persian New Year), is celebrated on the first day of spring in many countries around the world from Albania to India, from Russia to Iran. Traditions like the Haft-Seen table, with symbolic items representing growth, health, and hope, make it a warm and meaningful celebration even for those experiencing it for the first time.
