Full description:
Starting from Matlock, we walk along the river Derwent and peak railway line up to the Darley Bridge. From here, we go through Cambridge wood, Wensley Dale and cross along the edge of Bonsall Moor. After Bonsall Moor, we head down to Bonsall, a former historic lead mining village and descend down the dale for a drink in a pub on the promenade at Matlock Bath. Finally it's an easy stroll back along the river Derwent to Matlock.

Catch the 08:39 X17 bus departing stand D4, Sheffield Bus Station, arriving at Matlock Bakwell Road for 09:59. Returning buses from Matlock Bus Station depart Stand 1 at 15:15, 16:15, 17:15 and 18:15.
