Full description:
We gather outside of The Summer House near Dore & Totley railway station. We depart for Beauchief, where our first stop will be Ladies Spring Wood, where we meet the deer, hopefully. Our next stop will be Beauchief Abbey. Then we head to Chancet Wood, and crossing Graves Park we stop at The Water Tower to have a drink. Then we cross Lees Hall Wood, and turn left to reach Meersbrook Park at Bishop's house, where we will enjoy one of the best views of Sheffield city centre. Time for a picnic! At the end we descend to Heeley Retail Park and we find our way home.

Public transport or car sharing options:
Dore & Totley station can be accessed by passenger trains to Manchester from Sheffield station. For this walk there's a train at 12:14pm from main station. Buses 97 and 98 also get to the starting point, and so does the 218. Coming by car the best option is to park at Heeley Retail Park.
