Full description:

To celebrate and say thank you to everyone who has led a walk with the group over the last year, we are putting on a walk just for SWG walks leaders, followed by a drink and pub dinner at the Three Merry Lads. This walk is a route planned by our members on one the Learn-to-Lead walks earlier this summer, and a very enjoyable one it is too! We'll start by dropping down through woodland to Rivelin reservoir, before heading up over the moors, and looping round Redmires reservoirs to the pub.

The beer garden has lovely views over the valley, so fingers crossed for good weather and a beautiful sunset. If you can't make the walk but would still like to join for the pub, you are very welcome to meet us there. Looking to book a table for around 6:30pm.

The 51 bus leaves Arundel Gate at 13:43, arriving at Lodge Moor at 14:16. You can also catch the 120 if you don't mind a bit of a walk at the end. Please check buses yourself in case of changes or cancellations, or car share where possible.
