Full description:
We will head from our meeting point through a disused quarry, past Carl Wark Fort, up Higger Tor, along Burbage Edge, Houndkirk Hill and finally the famous Cowsick Bog (via a paved path) in Blacka Moor Nature Reserve to try and spot some deer and other wildlife. There will also be an optional pub stop at the end when we return to the Fox House.
The walk can be very muddy in places and there may also be some clambering over big rocks at the top of Higger Tor.
Do bring lunch with you :).
Please not this will be a muddy or boggy walk (requiring sturdy walking boots)
