HEADTORCH COMPULSORY
For this short circular walk to get the bank holiday weekend started, we will start at the Norfolk Arms pub in Ringinglow, follow the track up onto Houndkirk Moor with great views of the city. We’ll aim to have our dinner on Burbage Edge and fingers crossed enjoy the sunset before trekking back to Ringinglow across the Moor and through Lady Canning’s plantation Afterwards we will head to the pub for an evening drink.
This is a relatively short walk. However there are a few areas with tricky footing and muddy bits so please wear walking shoes/boots and suitable clothing for the season. PLEASE BRING A HEADTORCH.
Public transport or car sharing options:
Unfortunately, there is no public transport for this walk please arrange car shares in the Meet-up comments.
