Bookings are now open and can be made by emailing the group with "Summer Ball" in the Subject line to sheffRRieldwalkinggroupRR@RRhotmRRail.cRRom. Please ensure you provide the following details -
full name (and guest if applicable)
your SWG membership number
mobile (or evening) contact telephone number
choice of starter, main and dessert (including any guests)
any special dietary requirements
Alternatively, bookings can be made at the Dev Cat pub night in June. Please use either of these methods to book if possible.
Payment should be made in full by cheque to "Sheffield 20's and 30's Walking Group" and either sent to the group's postal address (see below) or handed in to one of the Social Secretaries at the Dev Cat in June.

If we do not receive your cheque within 2 weeks of your provisional booking, we will be unable to hold your place if others wish to book on. All cheques will need to be received at the Circle by Thursday 25th June. After that date, a limited number of further bookings may be possible but we cannot guarantee this.
We'll return an email to confirm your booking on receipt of your cheque. If you have not received this within 10 days of sending your cheque, please contact one of the Social Secretaries to ensure that you have a place.
Names will be included on the guest list for the Rutland Hotel, though we will not be sending out formal tickets
