Highwayman Pub nr Rainow
White Nancy on Kerridge
| From the CP, we head north on Middlewood Way/ Macclesfield Canal as far as Adlington Basin then uphill around the edge of Park Moor onto Sponds Hill summit. We follow paths south to the Highwayman pub near Rainow for refreshments. We then head through Rainow village to the southern end of Kerridge, before climbing and following the ridge along to White Nancy and back down into Bollington. This walk offers excellent views over Manchester, the Cheshire Plain and surrounding hills. | |||
