All Aboard for Alport

From the carpark we headed over Ashopton Viaduct, up Crook Hill and along the ridge to Rowlee pasture and Alport Castles for lunch Then it was down to the farm, across the A57, and up again towards Hope Cross and Win Hill, before finally descending to the Yorkshire Bridge for a well earned pint.
